We know it’s cold but don’t forget to bundle up and join us tomorrow for a cup of warm coffee and this month’s PTO Parent connect! This month we will be hosting Clinic Concierge to talk to us about vitamins, supplements and tips for keeping healthy during this cold and flu season! In addition to physical health our own Michelle Corbett will talk about mental health and kids - including connecting with your kids, useful de-escalation strategies, and managing anxiety.
