Meet Sal Jr. ✨

Sal, son of owners Sal and Patty, has been in the pizza business since he was born. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2023 with a Master’s Degree in Applied Physics. In 2024, he moved to Austin, Texas to be part of the family business once again.

When asked about his favorite part of the business he said, “My favorite part is serving the food that me and my siblings grew up eating. And the fact that I get to employ more than 30 people and help provide them an opportunity to provide for their families. I hope to spread the food we grew up on all around Austin and even Texas”
