Had the opportunity recently to work on a very unique modern duplex, situated on a golf course property. Very popular floorplan design with multiples being built now...

Here's an update to one of our earlier designs, posted a few years back. Here are photos of the finished product built down in Lehi, UT... This was a truly one of a kind design that we did for a builder's family member. The home turned out better than we could've imagined. Fantastic interior design work, as well.

New large custom design located up in the exclusive Hideout neighborhood near Park City, UT. Project turned out great and the family loves it. Amazing views of Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley Resort.

It's been busy here at Ledgestone Home Design, time for some updates on projects... Here's a new rendering for a San Clemente custom modern that we're doing.

New Ledgestone remodel in Provo, Utah... This is the first rendition of the design. The theme will be switching from a Prairie look to more of a Craftsman Bungalow (based on Greene & Greene architecture of the early 1900's). More updates to follow...

Finished photo from a 7000 sq ft home we'd worked on a couple of years back. Builder started with another local home designer, began framing it, but then... they hated it and tore most of it down. Ledgestone was called in to completely redesign the floorplan and make the home owner happy. Turned out amazing...

New Southern California remodel by Ledgestone Home Design. Small footprint but just the right amount of space for the right family, and a perfect fit for this Santa Ana historical neighborhood. Was 845 sq ft, now 1265 sq ft w/ new single car garage. Can't wait to see this one is person (and then go to the beach)...

New Craftsman two-story home plan from Ledgestone Home Design, complete with a rounded grand staircase in the entry and open concept living throughout... It's been a busy season, I can't wait to see some of these completed. More plans to be posted soon.

Big news... Ledgestone Home Design is now creating sales flyers for our preferred builders. We do the renderings, add in 2D floorplans w/ options and then mix it all together with Photoshop... Just print and it's ready for the model home.

It's been a busy start to the 2017 building season... Here's a taste of one of our newest custom homes. Beautiful traditional design with 10' ceilings on main for large window walls, front and back. To be built in the incredible Traverse Mountain area, Lehi Utah.
