Here's my experience with your stylist and your store -
We were 7 mins late for our appt for our 1-year-old daughter due to traffic and we were driving from Old Bridge (25 mins away). Nowhere on the website while booking did it mention your no-show policy that you had printed out and stuck in the store.
The stylist already took someone who was waiting and told us that she was booked for the next appt, but she can accommodate us should she finish early and the next appointment is running behind. I patiently waited in the car, she finished up in about 10 mins (17 mins from the top of the hour) and she had 13 mins until her next appointment. While she was finishing up the other kid's haircut, we waited in the store. She VERY CONVENIENTLY took 13 mins to check the previous customer out, cleaned her station (I am not complaining because it's a good thing), cleaned everything around her, that she could possibly find, up until the point that the next appointment walked in. At that moment, she blatantly told us that her next appt is here and she can't take us. Until then, she did not care to let us know that she doesn't intend to cut our daughter's hair.
She told us to reschedule but we were not going to obviously after this upsetting experience. We walked out and are NEVER giving you our business.

Our Welcome Kit can only feature one Hair Salon and I would like to discuss your being the exclusive Hair Salon for our new residents.
