That where I come in. I have been on many sides and understand the construction industry. I will represent YOU, while also offer home renovation ideas, designs, suggestions, and the managing, vetting, and hiring of the right contractor for your project. I will work for YOU to manage the day-to-day activities as well as monitor quality control and budget per the original agreement.

I have managed projects, such as this, for my own $20,000 bathroom renovation to a $300 million dollar hospital project.

Contracts are intended to keep both parties accountable, they're not just for the contractor.
