Where are you located and how can you sell that 2022 Silverado for 33,000 plus fees.

Bought a new car and traded in our old one. We’re from Marquette Mi and get a lot of snow. Our old car had all wheel drive and assumed the new one did also. Fernando knew we wanted all wheel drive but failed to mention this one didn’t. The next day we realized it didn’t have it and went back. Was told trade it in when you get home and get what you want. We assume some responsibility, but not all of it.

I have called Chevrolet on several occasions for manyl weeks and have not received a return call. Please have a manager or regional manager call or message me. Thank you,

Brought my car in for the first time on Friday for warranty work, appointment time 12pm arrived on time. Service Advisor asked if I would be waiting when I said yes, he said it would be about an hour. My son called me and when he found out where I was, offered to come get me, and I informed the SA. 3PM (three hours later I texted the SA and he said he had no information. 4PM I call and still he says he has no information, so I ask him to get a status. He says he will put me in a loner because they have not done anything yet. I go back in and he says he is making a reservation for Enterprise. I said, I will not drive a clown car and he says he doesn't know what they will give me. I elected to just get my car back at 4:30 pm on Friday and consider my options. Put in a call to the service manager and the girl said he was there but not in his office, Said she would send him a message. Maybe he was already gone for the weekend because I didn't hear back. My expectations were higher. However, if this is considered normal operating procedure then I will just have to lower my expectations. I just wish someone would communicate to me what I should expect. I hope that Nick returns my call so he can explain how things work. My son says if they tell you an hour and you leave after 5 minutes you still owe them 55 minutes of sitting in one of their chairs waiting and have to pay that debt when you return.😁

I bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado here Sunday the 7th. And after all the bragging about the 172 point inspection that added a GM cert w/wrty & vehicle recon $1,495.00 to the bill apparently the the wipers and the steps 63-70 weren't important. They did get there money however. I just had to purchase new windshield wipers that they apparently missed.
