Pizza Kitchens

I recently posted a pic of what was intended to be my supper, and ended up being an Amazon drivers supper...LOL. Not to be deterred, I baked another (12") Firebrick pizza for myself. It was so freaking good!🍕

This past weekend, I baked this (12") Firebrick Pizza. A basic mozzarella and cup-n-char pepperoni. It was suppose to be for my supper, but my Amazon driver showed up 'literally' (2) hours AFTER I placed my online order, and right as the pizza came out of the oven. So I boxed up the pizza and gave it to the driver. Amazon gave me a (2-3) day delivery 'window' for my order and it showed up in two freaking hours! I was HAPPY 🙂 to give the Amazon driver a Surprise dinner pizza.🍕

This time of the year, I get numerous requests to bake Italian Pizza Trays from family, friends, neighbors, Law Enforcement, 1st Responders, Hospitals, and even some FB freinds. Yesterday evening, I baked this Pizza Tray for some Law Enforcement friends. They are overworked, underappreciated and under paid. Law Enforcement deserves community support.

A few days ago, I baked this small Firebrick pizza with cup-n-char pepperoni with one half Mike's Hot Honey for my FB friend Lauri.🍕

I baked this pizza yesterday afternoon. This is one of my favorite combinations. Italian sausage with hand cut roasted red & green peppers. M'm! M'm! Good!🍕

This past Sunday, I baked the (16 X 16) Grandma Style Pizza with cup-n-char pepperoni.🍕

Yesterday, I baked this (16 X 16) pizza. Half red and half white.🍕

Yesterday evening, I baked this (14") deep dish pizza. Lightly seasoned crush tomatoes, whole milk shredded mozzarella, spread 'edge-to-edge' to caramelize into the crust, a fine dusting of Pecorino Romano and cup-n-char pepperoni. At (500F) for (12) minutes, baked 'light & airy' in inside and golden crispy on the outside. 🍕

There are so many amazing styles of pizza to choose from. And yet I still gravitate towards the pizza I grew up with-my grandmother and Aunt's pizza, and ROC style brick oven pizza. I truly LUV it. Rochester is fortunate to have 'several very good to outstanding brick oven pizza options'. With that in mind, for my supper yesterday evening, I baked this (14") brick oven pizza. It was so good and there is plenty of leftovers for a 'ready to eat' snack, later today.🍕
