NEW “DPF DEADLIFT QUEEN” TITLE HOLDER!!!
Our client Kate Lemcke just broke the gym’s old title record (by 10 pounds) for the deadlift hitting a solid 245lbs today! We actually don’t even start her “Heavy Phase” until next week so who knows how far she will go.
Great job Kate!!! Can’t wait to see what the future holds for you.

Anyone who knows me knows that I grill up a lot of food. I mean a LOT. From every type of meat, to veggies, to pizza, and even pancakes. This weekend my professional grill cleaner, Brian Bittick, came and made my grill look brand new again. He comes once a year and I can not say enough about the service in which he provides. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a grill in need of some serious TLC.

Playing around with Figure 8 straps. I never knew they existed until recently. Hard to believe, but recently I had a pair of traditional straps tear apart on a 510lb rack pull. Figured it was now time to try something different. So far I approve.
