It's official!! This Thanksgiving, the Jonas Brothers are performing The Salvation Army Red Kettle Kickoff Halftime Show during the Dallas Cowboys game! Tune in live November 24th to help us all kick off the season of giving. The game starts at 3:30 p.m. Central, and you can watch it on NFL on FOX.
Haywood County Residents, Sign-up for The Salvation Army Thanksgiving and Christmas Assistance Program will be held Monday - Thursday, October 10 - 13 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at The Salvation Army on 290 Pigeon Street, Waynesville. Our Family Store provides job opportunities (current open position: truck assistant) to those working to get back on their feet, and proceeds from the store goes back into the social services programs we provide in Waynesville, including providing emergency housing, rent and utility assistance, and food to those in need.
As you’re spring cleaning this season, consider donating those items you no longer need to the Family Store. You can also shop for items that will be “new to you” while you’re there!
