Hey! Remember that tired house? It's gone through some major changes, and is now quite the charming house it was always meant to be.

One thing we are not use to doing, selling a house while living in it! Life is going to be interesting for a while. This is one of our flips that has been occupied for a while by Josiah and his family. We plan on leaving this house in tip-top shape like any flip. Now to find some love to keep on filling it's bones!

Closed on Commerce St. last week! 🎉 Congratulations to the lovely couple who bought this wonderful starter house! Long gone are the days this kitchen sat with an endless sea of Pure Leaf ice tea bottles, and a good ol' half filled bottle of whiskey 😳. Oh, and a sled..? Long gone are the days when a bat was chilling in the jetted tub! Which may or may not have given Josiah a bit of a scare on that work day. Now awaits a master suite oasis for this Fairview house.

This was a flip project completed almost two years ago believe it or not! Josiah and his family settled here and now it is time to move on.

Which leads us to our big question, how on earth do you list a house while living with three kids?! Between trying to stage and kids , and is something we are far from use to!

We are moving forward with trying to get this house ready for the next family to fully enjoy; right now we are aiming to be ready by July 1st! Some wonderful friends have shown some interest in the Fairview house!
