Ayyy Oscar. The newest guy here at Lane is a towering one. In his first year here Oscar has helped pick up the slack wherever he’s needed. You can see him (miles away I may add) on all three of our install teams. Planting, helping load materials, bench pressing the competition with a single hand….Oscar is a tremendous help daily. He enjoys rock and roll music. Rock on all weekend big O. 🤘🏽

A jackrabbit bunny can run up to 45mph.
We also have a Bunny (Boni) who works at 46mph making him the fastest bunny on the planet. In what’s been close to a decade our jackrabbit has led snow crews in excess of 30 guys across NNJ, leads and supervises both commercial and residential landscape crews, picks up materials for new installs and from time to time helps on installs. If you need it done fast and efficient we know who we’re sending, blink and you might just miss him. He for sure is one of the”bad bunny”🐰

¿¡Qué pasa, Larry!?
In what has been probably 8 years I don’t think I have ever heard Larry complain, laugh yes, but not complain. One of the hardest workers we have and is never afraid to get down in the trenches to get dirty. You can find him on our maintenance staff, on projects and our winter snow sites. A guy that just knows what has to get done without even saying it type. He also has jokes and gives all the new and older guys nickname. He’s full of laughs; He’s the co-worker that you can look across at, make eye contact, and just start laughing.
Always orders everything extra spicy and then pretends it’s not spicy enough. Great solid dude.

That’s Hip!
No really, that’s Hippolito. He does alittle bit of everything for us. Helps on maintenance when needed, leads on installs and projects, dumps and picks up materials at all our vendors like and , supervises and runs crews during snow storms but one of his biggest contributions is that he’s bi-lingual which helps get the point across in both the good and the bad times. End of the day he’s a hip guy and one that we like having around.
