Founded in 2017 to create a global recognition for technical rescue practitioners, in particular instructors; by providing them flexibility in delivering content to local standards. As a non-profit we are governed and accountable to our membership.

We’re excited to announce a new collaboration between Technical Rope & Rescue (TRR) and Nouvelle Hauteur Inc.
TRR will be delivering the ITRA Rope Rescue Level 3 (Advanced) program, hosted at Nouvelle Hauteur’s facility in Montreal — combining top-tier instruction with a purpose-built training environment.

This is an advanced course designed for those looking to elevate their rope rescue capabilities through practical, scenario-based training — with an independent ITRA evaluation and Level 3 certification included.
