Lolli-Kakes do not need to be refrigerated but do need to be kept away from heat. Refrigerating them will cause condesation and will make the candy coating sweat when taken out of the fridge. Lolli-Kakes will remain fresh up to two weeks. They are best if stored in an air tight container.
