Ever since middle school 2001 i have been going up in weight, im 28 years old and i weight 314, i have been told multiple time i need to loos weight, i have had loss of energy, laziness, no motivation, not to long ago i was told i was borderline pre-diabetic, yet that hasnt pushed me to do something about it, the only thing i have changed since april 2019 til today august 10 is i have stopped soda and have been drinkin nothjng but water, i HATED water but i have learned to like it, this is the only thing i have changed, why is it to hard emotionally, physically, mentally to push myself to lose weight to exercise?? I can feel the life draining from my body but cant seem to get to the point where i say enough is enough im going for a walk im going to do something about, i know its not about failing others im so tired of failing myself, like my sister tells me am i waiting for them to tell me “you have diabetes” or wait for the moment where i drop cause of a heart attack, somehow i know i can do it because i stopped soda something i was so addicted to, i went through caffeine withdrawal yet i didnt give in i didnt give into temptation, i know there is something there but i cant seem to reach deep down in me, i know its all on me i have to make that move, but why is it so hard?????????????????
