So- I tried to get assistance from Georgia Victims assistance and I can’t - you know why ?

Because I don’t have a death certificate . You know why?

Because Valdosta doesn’t want details to get out- I can’t get an autopsy not death certificate and it’s going on seven months.

Now- the Department of Corrections is there to hold people accountable - but how hypocritical…. We aren’t ok.

I cried listening to my request on why that his death certificate is still pending .

I’ve watch other cases and situations - and doesn’t seem like it took this long to move forward - He hasn’t even been charged with murder .:::

I would think - “ dang this mother has been thru enough , we left her baby stankin’ the least would could do is be accountable “.

To be honest - I’ve been helping others and simply just trying to assist by not letting his legacy diminished. But today was hard .

Listen, Proverbs 14:31 says….

He oppresses the poor reproaches his Maker, But he who honors Him has mercy on the needy.

So…. If you in a higher position …. If you reading my page and you work in a prison , a mental health facility , the courts etc-

Proverbs is a sharp warning about how a society treats vulnerable people. The verse ties human dignity directly to God’s image: mistreating people who are powerless is treated as an insult to the One who made them. The second half flips it around , mercy, compassion, fairness, and practical help are framed as acts that honor God.

A lot of people read Proverbs as simple morality, but verses like this are also structural. It is not only talking about individual cruelty. It challenges systems, leaders, institutions, and cultures that exploit, neglect, or dehumanize people who have less power.

Be careful .

I’ve seen what happens when money matters more than our children.

I’ve worked in systems where people send their children for help.

And I’ve seen the truth with my own eyes.

A lot of these places aren’t built on healing…
They’re built on profit.

Kids go in already struggling…
And leave with more trauma than they came with.

I had a coworker tell me straight up
‘I don’t care about the patients… I care about the money.’

And in that moment, I knew exactly what kind of system I was standing in.

We say we want better for our kids…

But let me be real with you:

If you don’t do your own healing…
If you don’t get educated…
If you don’t get informed…

Your child can end up in systems that don’t care about them.

And I’m not speaking from opinion.

I’m speaking from experience.

My son was failed by a system.

By people who were supposed to be watching him.

By someone more concerned about themselves…
Than doing their job.

And my child was left…

For two days.

So when I say this…

I’m not judging you.

I’m warning you.

Take your child’s life seriously.

Take your healing seriously.

Ask questions.
Learn the systems.
Pay attention to who you trust with your children.

Because once something happens…

You don’t get that time back.

And one more thing…

Before you even lay down with someone…
Ask yourself:

What kind of fruit do they bear?

Because you’re not just choosing a partner…

You’re choosing what could be replicated through your child.

This isn’t just about parenting.

This is about awareness.

Because I’ve seen what happens when we’re not.
