Well, Johnny beat us to the post. He stopped by the Sheriff’s Office today ands presented Shop with a Cop with a $1,000 donation. Joe Plummer and Lt Cuddeback were happy to be able to spend a few minutes thanking him for the generous support!👍

What a great poster KDM Kustoms made for us, commemorating this year’s event. I wish we could have pics of all of our fun, but I’m pretty sure the pics would be too small to see, lol

2 GREAT Saturdays in a row! The SWAC Executive Committee (well, most of it😉) got to shop with one young man who was unable to join us last weekend.

We also had the help of a very cute and special young lady to shop for another child that missed out and is still dealing with family emergencies.

Thank you Leray Walmart for your help today. Your employees were so happy and helpful!💚❤️💚

I wanted to share this (slightly edited) message we received. THIS is why our volunteers put their hearts into our program…

Hi Shaun,

I want to thank you and then share some feedback with you. You took two of my kids, a brother and sister, this weekend for Shop with a cop. Not only did the sister come in this morning, wearing her beautiful new coat, hat, and mittens, but she also had a fully animated story to share about meeting Santa and shopping with "her cop". She ended her story by hugging me and saying, "I used to be scared of the police, and now I am not"! It was so sweet. Then she walked away and ran back to whisper, "Thank you for picking me for the shop with a cop." It was so sweet.
What you all do matters so much to these children! Thank you very much for including my school.

Holy moly we’ve been so lucky the past 2 days. So many AWESOME people that want to donate to our program. The Grinch’s Heart would have grown more than 3 sizes today!❤️ 🤶

Another fantastic donation. The fire department came up with a tshirt sale that generated these funds. They’re helping to make a great Xmas for some deserving kids! 🎅 🌲

Today, Assistant Chief Alexander handed over a $750 check to Lt. Cuddeback in support of Jefferson County Shierff’s Office “Shop With A Cop” program. This donation comes entirely from our Christmas T-shirt sales, and it would not have been possible without the incredible support of our community.🎄

Thank you to everyone who bought a shirt, shared a post, or helped spread the word. Your generosity helps make Christmas a little brighter for local kids, and we’re grateful to be able to give back beyond responding to emergency calls. 🎅🏼🎁
