I had a lot of fun with these prompts and I look forward to doing something like this again! Definitely played with new elements in dew drops and glowing stars, making clouds, and playing with different angles. It showed me where I was at, what I liked and didn't like. I really liked making things glow and giving a sparkly life to an otherwise simple detail such as snail slime. It helped me slow down and appreciate the time it takes to make a single piece that has a little story behind it ✨️ ~

Were there any paintings that you really enjoyed or liked certain details? I would like to turn some of these guys into stickers and maybe even a small card! Idk they're simply cute and delightfully whimsy and I just wanna see more of them 😅

Day 7 🥲🌟🌷 Nostalgia ~

There's so much I wanted this painting to be, and after 4 attempts, I settled for this. My heart is sad about it, but I have many projects I wanna do, so I must move on 😔 However, this is also something I look forward to redoing at another time!

I wanted to capture the feeling of how things seemed to be easier years ago - they weren't, but the weekly ice cream dates and games nights with my sister and friends made things feel more doable. Getting ice cream now is still a favorite activity to do, but it hasn't been the same since. Nostalgia gives you a warm feeling inside as you recall those valued memories, but they don't come without a sad undertone, like you're missing out on something. Like you left something behind but you forgot what it was.

Posted late because of my frustration with getting the image right.. it still isn't but this was my last entry for my drawing prompts 🌿🪱✨️
