I'm super excited to try this Dream Green batting made by ! When I saw that it's made out of recycled plastic bottles I just had to get some. It feels pretty nice, can't wait to see how it quilts. Has anyone else used this yet?

Thanks to the keen eye of a good friend (I'm looking at you, Tammy Wallis Bloebaum) I got both of these vintage quilt tops from Twice Nice for $15 each! Score!

They were in great condition so all I had to do was quilt them on my longarm, bind, and give them a quick soak in retro clean and they are ready to go.

I'm really happy with how these turned out, I hope the original maker would agree. Now they can finally fulfill their quilty destinies as cozy quilts ❤️

First finish of 2023! We shall call this one the "beautiful disaster". Nothing went according to plan (or pattern 😵‍💫). As frustrating as it was, finished is better than perfect. And truthfully, this sums up the past year pretty darn well so it was a fitting way to say peace out 2022!
