The Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments (NVCOG) is a regional organization supporting 19 municipalities in west-central CT. This page will share specific information on the Trash Reduction Pilot Programs (Ansonia, Woodbury, & Seymour), general information on Connecticut's waste crisis, and ways to reduce your trash. These programs, along with NVCOG's outreach, are funded through CT Dept.
