Project: Convert a storage building into a state of the art service shop.

Including:
- Install new LED lighting fixtures
- Re configure electrical distribution for new lifts and equipment

Project: The main service panel buss was severely damaged by weakened breaker connections due to age and needed to be replaced.

Challenge: We had a very limited window of time to complete the replacement and all current in stock panel boards were too large for the available space. Dismantling the entire distribution system to install a new, larger panelboard was not an option.

Solution: Working with our partners, we had a custom panel interior manufactured that would be a direct fit for the existing enclosure. The installation was completed on a Sunday with minimal downtime to the customers back-up systems.

Project: New climate controlled pastry kitchen for commercial food service company

Including:
- Wiring of all new kitchen equipment in refrigerated area.
- Installation of insulated conduit systems, NEMA4x and other washdown equipment
- Wiring of all new ventilation equipment and controls

Project: Offsite relocation of laundry equipment to temporary warehouse location.

Including:
- New electrical sub feed to temporary location
- Distribution of temporary circuits for equipment
- Energizing and diagnosis of equipment and controls

Project: Upgrade existing 800a 480v electrical service to 2000a 480v with limited shutdown.

We coordinated with the customer, the local utility company and the local municipal inspectors to complete this project with less than 1 hour of electrical service interruption. This allowed the customer to have zero impact on production and operations.
