Fondant Minecraft cakes are one of my favorite ones to make! They're so fun, but man are they a lot of little squares 😂 This one had a base layer of chocolate with raspberry filling and a top layer of vanilla bean with lemon curd filling. 😋

Freshly baked today with fresh hand squeezed lemon juice, not from a bottle. $10 each. If there's a lot of interest, I'll make a few more.

Life has been so busy with the start of hockey season that I have just been so bad about posting cakes I've made! I'm still very active and in the trenches of cakes, cookies and desserts.

Thanksgiving and Christmas cookie sets will be coming out in the next day or two!

Busy weekend with some fun cakes! Lemon flavored whiskey bottle cake, red velvet Mickey first birthday cake, red velvet wedding cake(flowers were added after pick up) and a gluten free chocolate cake with an edible image of birthday girl's favorite officer.

This weekend's cakes were fun! Coconut was popular. One with strawberry filling, the other with pineapple buttercream and cherries.

Life got a bit busy this weekend and I forgot to take pictures of all the cakes 🤦 But these were super fun!
