All we need is one deep-clean to condition your home, for a biweekly or monthly cleaning.
Rest assured knowing that, say, the third Wednesday of each month at 8AM-your home will get it's regular check-up! (Clean.)

For every person you refer to us, once their cleaning has been completed; we'll be sure to take 10-15% off of your subsequent appointment.

Clean Works Check List.

Bedroom/Living Room/Common Areas:
Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces.
Clean Mirrors and glass fixtures.
Vacuum, swifter; and or steam floors.
Linen change, (by request only.)

Kitchen:
Clean exterior of oven, stove, and refrigerator.
All dishes will be washed, sink cleaned; and shined to the T.
Counters are cleaned by removing all articles, which allows the entire surface to cleaned; no crumb left behind.
Wipe down the exteriors of jars, coffee makers, grills, toasters, etc.
Interior of Microwaves and or convector ovens cleaned thoroughly.
Floors swept, swiffered; and or steamed.
Trash collected.

Bathrooms:
Wash and sanitize the shower, tub, and sinks. (Including any fixtures.)
Interior of commodes cleaned, as well as all exterior areas; to achieve maximal cleanliness in it's entirety.

Additional services:
Laundry.
Interior of Oven.
Exterior of cabinets.
Interior of the windows
Minimal Junk Removal.
