Last year, Children's National treated our family through some of the hardest months of our lives — and we're forever grateful. This 5K is our way of saying thank you, and we're aiming to raise $20,000.

Yesterday, we had the honor of visiting Children’s National Hospital to show some love to their incredible nursing staff during Nurse Appreciation Week. Dropping off treats was a small gesture, but the gratitude we feel for everything nurses do is anything but small.

Thank you to everyone at Children's National for welcoming us and for the care you pour into your patients every single day.

In 2025, both my wife, Laura, and our young son, Adam, were treated for cancer. (Both are now doing great!) We are forever indebted to the countless nurses, doctors, and medical professionals who treated them. If you work in the medical field in the DC area, this this page is for you.
