Back in 2017, I was invited to create a show for a performance at Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture celebrating the 1963 March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom.

From that beautiful opportunity, I created an interactive musical retelling of the March, the movers and shakers of the day, and most importantly, the music!

In addition to my solo music, I’m singer with Sweet Honey in the Rock,my new beloved bēheld, and singing and educating with the incredible Jessica Phillips-Silver and Finding Rhythm Collective

I’m also working on an incredible opportunity for artists with Strathmore (more to come on this!)
