BHeart is DC based volunteer organization that focuses on issues and supports projects important to Bosnian-Herzegovinian women and their families.
BHeart aggregates the talent of those originally from BIH and their allies to further our work. We are a group of volunteers originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina who share a tremendous love for our country and an extraordinary motivation to contribute to humanitarian and other activities that will move it forward and reach its potential. It was truly an honor to be part of such an inspiring day at the BH Professionals Meetup in Washington, DC. Kudos to Dr. Edhem Custovic and his team at the BH Futures Foundation for delivering such an inspiring and captivating workshop, and to the talented, bright Bosnians and Herzegovinians from the Washington, DC area who joined us. BiH is fortunate to have people like you—dedicated to bringing our community together, building a strong network, and shaping a better future for all of us.
The BHeart Foundation is humbled and deeply grateful for the opportunity to partner with the BH Futures Foundation, the Institute for Development Impact (I4DI), and the MD–BiH Council to bring this meaningful networking event to Washington, DC on November 15, 2025.
