Today, Christians across the nation and around the world observe Resurrection Sunday.
As our families gather in churches and homes to celebrate and remember the resurrection of Jesus Christ, I want to wish everyone a blessed Resurrection Sunday and Happy Easter.
He is Risen!

For over half a century, the dream of deep space exploration has lived in the hearts of the American people. Today, that dream is alive again.
Artemis II represents a declaration that America still leads and still believes in the power of human ingenuity to shape the future.
To the astronauts embarking on this historic journey: you carry with you the hopes of a nation. We wish you strength and a safe return home.
Congratulations on the mission ahead. America is with you every step of the way.

Great day in Fairbanks discussing key issues across Interior Alaska - strengthening transportation, expanding housing, supporting long-term economic growth and examining ways that our rural students are gaining hands-on learning experience for future careers.
Appreciate the conversations with constituents and the folks working every day to keep Fairbanks a strong and prosperous community here in Interior Alaska.

The House just passed my bill, the Airport Regulatory Relief Act of 2025.
Small airports are critical for many communities in Alaska and across rural America, and this bill delivers the flexibility needed to maintain them more efficiently and affordably without compromising safety.
We are now one month into this DHS shutdown, a shutdown which poses a serious and growing threat to American national security. By continuing this charade, Democrats are holding the men and women of law enforcement hostage.
It’s time to end this shutdown, restore readiness, and support those who keep America safe.

Today marks a true milestone in restoring Alaska’s role as a cornerstone of American energy production. This historic lease sale is proof that the world is ready to invest in Alaska when the path is clear.

During my recent stop in Ketchikan this past week, I visited JAG Shipyard to see the important work being done to support Alaska’s maritime industries.
As Alaska continues to grow in this space, our expanding shipyard capacity means new opportunities for investment, workforce development, and economic activity in coastal Alaska.
Facilities like JAG demonstrate how investment in maritime infrastructure can help ensure Alaska remains competitive while supporting the communities that depend on our working waterfronts.
Thank you to the team at JAG Shipyard for the tour and for the work they’re doing to strengthen Alaska’s maritime sector.
Ferries are critical part of Alaska’s transportation system, especially in Southeast Alaska.
I’m proud to be a member of the bi-partisan Congressional Ferry Caucus where I recently joined my House colleagues in introducing the Federal Enhancement and Revitalization of Reliable Infrastructure for Essential Seaways (FERRIES) Act.
I look forward to advocating for practical investments that keep America’s maritime highways moving at the speed of the modern age.
Great week in Southeast Alaska hearing directly from the people who live and work here. From talking with fishermen, veterans, local leaders, and small businesses - these conversations help to guide my work in Washington, D.C. and ensure Alaska’s voice is heard loud and clear.
Today, I had the honor of addressing the Alaska State Legislature for my annual State of the State address.
Over the past year, my team and I have delivered real results for Alaska - opening the door for responsible resource development, infrastructure investments, investing in rural healthcare, and ensuring Alaska plays a central role in America’s energy and mineral security future.
The obstacles that held Alaska back for decades are finally coming down and the door of opportunity is wide open. Now, it is up to Alaska to seize that opportunity.
