Dropping Elle off at the metro this am I had to stop myself from asking if I could take a quick pic of a man and his son sitting side by side on a flight of steps. The light was hitting them from behind-creating just the kind of father and son silhouette I love. It reminded me I wanted to let you guys know...I am still here and still taking pictures. Emily is busy being the best new mom in the world so I am on my own. I've got another project in the works (I'm writing the book I've wanted to write for my whole adult life) so I'm not spending as much time on social media...but again...I am still here and still taking pictures. You can email me [email protected] or message me via FB.

If my memories serves... last time we saw them they had six month old triplets a two and a four year old. They showed up a touch late (as the sun was about to set)...but some how between their wild love for each other and eating "poo poo grass" we got some amazing pictures. Now COMING STRAIGHT OUTTA SAN FRAN...we present (once again but older) The wild as heck beautiful Fauls. See them on the blog here: http://www.tellchronicles.com/?p=16150

I don't know much about NFL football (in fact I know laughably little according to my sons and my hubby) but I do know that the starting center for The Ravens Matt Skura, a day after heading off against another giant man over and over again, from The Browns would rather be doing something else on his only day off than a photoshoot. I also know that his wife Emma would rather have used her tiny sliver of time getting some relaxation after having a new baby. It can be stressful for a wife to talk her husband into such things. BUT Emma Skura was (as usual) one of the nicest people on the planet and chill as can be...and Matt Skura (albeit a bit sore in the shoulders) was unbelievably kind and did not give me A SINGLE tortured husband look (or grunt...or sigh). I don't mean to sound cheesy...but it felt like they made a good team. I guess that's what hard work, and true love gets you. See them on the blog here:http://www.tellchronicles.com/?p=16042

Walking back along the Georgetown waterfront after the shoot I asked Elise if she was feeling sad about the things she missed because of COVID at the end of her senior year, "Actually yeah, but then my whole family got sick." She went on to say, that taking care of her parents who felt like they had the worst flu of their lives gave her a new perspective on life. Elise told me this story with a huge, sweet smile on her face...when I looked at her parents who were walking within earshot they were smiling too.
