Del Ray is an Alexandria neighborhood located just northwest of Old Town. Mount Vernon Avenue, Del Ray’s main thoroughfare is frequented by kids, pets, shoppers, and visitors alike, enjoying the many cafes, eateries and stores. With nearly all businesses within walking distance, it brings a chic atmosphere with a small town feel.

Kennedy & Co. is excited to announce the newest member of its team, Ryan Eve Nester!
Ryan's real estate roots run deep. Growing up with both parents working in Washington, D.C. real estate development brought her exposure to the industry at an early age. She attended the College of Charleston and returned to Washington, D.C. to work for a lobbying firm, run by a former Congressman . However, a growing interest in the real estate industry prompted Ryan to leave the political world. She was recruited by Wells Fargo, where she joined the #1 team in the nation as a Junior Home Mortgage Consultant.
In 2010, with three years of mortgage industry experience under her belt, Ryan transitioned to residential real estate where she is now actively engaged in general brokerage sales for both new and existing homes. Ryan's total transactions have exceeded $80 million, including the sale of one of the most expensive condominium units in the District in 2014.
Ryan was born and raised in McLean, Virginia and now resides in Alexandria. Her expansive knowledge of both the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. real estate markets makes her an asset to our team.
