The CWA Customer Service Action Network page is for customer service workers and those who support them.
It's a space to engage customer service workers at call centers, retail stores, in airline passenger service and much more! We want to uplift this work and provide an opportunity for dialogue on issues we care about.

CWA Addresses Coronavirus Outbreak CWA leaders are engaging with employers to ensure that they are providing CWA members with comprehensive safety and prevention measures in an environment that encourages open and free communication without fear of reprisal or negative impacts on pay or continued employment.
