Team building activities are fun but the main purpose is to provide communication, comradery, learning to work with different personality types, see others' perspective, how others handle stress, how people respond when things do not go as planned and so much more. Today's team building was the Spaghetti Tower Challenge: 20 spaghetti noodles, 1 yd of string, 1 yd of tape and 1 marshmallow which must be placed on top and you have 18 minutes to complete. Can you do it? How would you do it?
