PRITO in tagalog means to fry. When making this roll chef was honering his grandfather. He is the man that paved the way for us to be here doing what we do. Lots of love goes into this lumpia and around 20 ingredients. If and when the prito is available you should probably try it.

We have made so many changes since starting this takeout thing. We look at every aspect and try to make sure that the food quality, taste, presentation and customer service are top notch. Recently we have started to change out our to-go packaging. We did not want to change the portion for our bowls but we wanted to make them look better and not be so over crowded. Our new bowls solved that problem and they are eco friendly made from recycled materials.
