Two years ago, I called for an investigation into the CDPAP transition, the hand-picked contract, and the extraordinary favoritism shown to Public Partnerships LLC.

Today, federal prosecutors have brought serious allegations against some of New York’s highest-ranking health officials claiming a fraudulent bid rigging scheme to steer the contract towards PPL. If these claims are proven true, this was not a mistake—it was a betrayal of public trust at the expense of vulnerable New Yorkers, caregivers, and taxpayers.

This is exactly the kind of corruption and lack of accountability that flourishes under Albany’s one-party Democratic rule.

New Yorkers deserve the full truth, and anyone responsible must be held accountable.

On this Flag Day, we honor the Stars and Stripes and the enduring values of freedom, unity, and patriotism it represents. Let us proudly display our flag and remember those who have served our nation under its banner.
