Established Internet Marketing/Lead Generation Company seeking Inside Sales Reps to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Our Inside Sales Reps will sell marketing programs to Automotive Dealerships, Auto Groups, Marketing Agencies and Auto brokers throughout the US. We offer a great work atmosphere with a competitive compensation package for the right individuals. Our base compensation is $50,000 per year plus commissions and a monthly profit share. Additionally, we offer paid vacation and holidays and a 401k.
Must be responsible, hardworking, and possess a GOOD aptitude FOR outbound/inbound phone sales. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, as well as Salesforce CRM is a plus but not required. Room to grow.
2 years phone sales experience preferred but will train the right person. We want to work with money-motivated go getters who are confident in their ability to succeed.
You must love talking to people, as this job requires you to be on the phone frequently. You will spend your time making contact and building relationships with decision makers all over the US.
Hot Leads are provided through Digital Marketing and an updated database.
Salesforce CRM a plus
Skills
Strong Communication skills to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Ability to multi-task while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
AA/BA degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or relevant field (recommended but not required)
