Looks like the rain is holding out for opening day! We're here and ready to welcome you - FREE tastes and lots of nutty goodness await...!

When I'm on the go between the gym and work, quick and convenient fuel is a necessity to carry me through the day. This simple chia pudding does the trick, and is a great make-ahead option. Mostly Nuts added right before serving give it a fantastic flavor and texture boost, too...!

1 c almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 c plain Greek yogurt
1/4c + 3T chia seeds
2T maple syrup
1 1/4 t vanilla extract
1/4 t cinnamon

- whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl
- cover and refrigerate overnight
- stir, making sure no clumps remain
- divide into 4 portions (mason jars are great)
- enjoy with your favorit toppings (fruit, Nuts, etc)
