In my years of coaching, I’ve seen Jiu-Jitsu change lives, especially for women. This is more than just a sport, it’s a skill that can give you the confidence and knowledge to protect yourself on a daily basis. I’ve seen people become more self-aware and more confident in handling themselves in uncomfortable situations.

I love teaching this sport, and have a passion for helping people achieve their happiest & most capable selves. If I were to recommended any martial art for self-defense, it’d be Jiu-Jitsu. I think it's an important skill that all women should have access to so they know how to protect themselves! That’s why I want to offer this free class every Saturday for all women interested! All levels welcome!
