A handful of pictures from our adventures last week!
Kurt says that Quadstate once again proved to be a great place for networking, learning, and shopping for new materials and toys/tools.
And Tina felt at home at Repair Days learning new things and preparing a cupola for a pour for her first time, before the rain came. (No worries, the rain did not last so we still got to pour.)
This is the week of adventures! Our company will have representatives going to two conferences.
Kurt and Cindi Neiweem will be heading out to the Quadstate Conference in Troy, Ohio, the largest gathering of blacksmiths. They will be driving the big RV over there and sitting out in the tailgating section.
Tina Neiweem is heading down to Memphis, Tennessee for the Metal Museums's annual Repair Days event. There she will be volunteering her time in the foundry to help raise funds for the museum.
We will be trying to share pictures if we aren't too excited and enthralled in the weeks activities.

A few weeks ago we showed the range hood we made last year. This week for we are sharing the newest range hood we have made. This is a stainless steel frame with powder coated aluminum paneling.

Today we have several pieces made for a clients interior. We wanted to showcase how you can create a theme throughout a house with metalwork.
The Selves are hung from steel loops.
The fireplace is made of hand hammered brass with a dark patina and rivets.
