April has a successful track record of recruiting team members for all clinical and non-clinical positions, training, improving body language and verbiage to increase case acceptance, create value and lead patients to schedule when YOU want them to, team building, increasing hygiene revenue, implementing periodontal programs THAT WORK, new patient and existing patient retention analysis and solutions, marketing strategies, AR/production/collections analysis as well as in depth P&L analysis and solutions to reduce costs and increase profit margins.
