You know what? I have new release coming at the end of the month and I haven't shared that much about it. For shame.
This is a friends-to-lovers romantic comedy long short-story (or super short novella, take your pick) about two friends who, thanks to a dead cat, finally take the blinders off and see each other as something more.
This one was originally written seven years ago and it's one of those where life imitates art because my cat just died, which is why that's how this one starts. Of course, this year I cleaned it up and added 5,000 more words, including a new sexytimes scene.

I mean, I am not saying I had a crap day yesterday and bought a bunch of Kindle books but... I totally did. No regrets either. The one I started last night is kinda cute.
Okay ... so, confession time.
I had PLANNED for YOU HAD ME AT NAKED CHEERLEADERS to release on 10/4 ... but, in an epic welcome to self-publishing, self-imposed deadlines tend to blow up. SOOOOOOOO... we're bumping it to 10/31. It will be your treat on Trick or Treat day instead!
I apologize for this, but I forgot the key rule in this - you can control yourself, you can't control everyone else. And since even though this is self-pubbing, I can't do it all on my own (I mean, I *could* but that never bodes well for anyone) ... so I'm bumping the schedule to give a little bit more time to those helping me out AND to allow me to enjoy my vacation instead of releasing a book during it. lol

I promised you guys some news... so here we go...
With the exception of SPAR, I have had all the rights to my books returned to me. Now it's time for me to scrub them down, clean them off, then package them up real pretty and get them back into YOUR hands. It's a long process, because each one takes money... money that I don't have at the moment.
That said, here is the cover that I had CaraBaineDesigns do for me for a romantic comedy short story I'll be republishing soon. This was previously published under the title "Just What I Need" in the anthology UNINTENTIONAL: US VERSION back in 2016. As you can see, I've renamed it (trust me, it fits), worked on switching it from third person past to first person present (because I'm a glutton for punishment), and I've added about 3K to the word count (and I'm not done yet).
Long story short, keep an eye out for release information. :)

Truth. My mother dog ears pages and I swear I feel a dagger in my heart every time. (Which is one reason I converted her to a Kindle. Lol)

I am ashamed to admit this has happened more times than I can count. And a few times I still wound up with dupes. Oh well, nothing makes a better gift than a book I enjoyed and want you to as well, right????

Holy s**t. There's number two that hits a little too close to home. (Am, admittedly, in the haven't read a sentence in months phase. It's not something I like to admit, but the first step to solving a problem is admitting it, right?)
