Went to a tomato tasting event by a local farm this week & decided to use the tomato’s & bread from the event for lunch.
Panzanella with a variety of heirloom tomatoes from Tomato Cat, English cucumber, pickled onions, mozzarella pearls, and tomato & basil bread Parmesan croutons (bread is also from Tomato Cat). Simple balsamic glaze & olive oil dressing. simple & delicious. 🍅🥒🥖❤️

Coconut shrimp curry- I make this very often; usually with whatever vegetables I have leftover. This batch has bok choy, roasted red bell peppers, water chestnuts, & lots of fresh cilantro in a creamy coconut & seafood broth curry. So delicious. Credit to Valerie’s Kitchen for photo inspo ♥️

okonomiyaki- Japanese pancake with shredded cabbage & yam. Served with kewpie mayo, okonomiyaki sauce, furikaki, and scallion.
My partner & loved these so much that we made them twice in a week. So delicious! I love to try new dishes ❤️

Soft sugar cookies with cardamom buttercream & candy corn “sprinkles”. Made these for friends & coworkers for Halloween. Haven’t got to bake a lot recently with the new job so this was a lot of fun, especially the sharing it with people I care a lot for ❤️ hope everyone had a fun Halloween!

Hollandaise garnished with scallion & Spanish paprika. Served with preserved lemon & garlic asparagus. This was part of a meal & I made together a while back-one that required a loooooong nap after 😅 I used to despise hollandaise but a chef I worked under showed me how delicious it could be.

Lovely cardamom & pistachio Bundt cake with rose glaze. Harvested the rose petals from my mothers garden back home. Baked this for a customer a little while back (thank you for ordering! 💕) I loved how this turned out; the flavors go so beautifully together!
