This is the start of the demo for the oak brook job. Demo consists of a glued down prefinished hardwood. We had to bring out the jaws of life for this one!

2500+ square feet of various sizes of porcelain tiles. Its going in at a house in Oak Brook. Starting the demo today. Pictures to come

just did a walk thru for the Brookfield village to install 7300 square feet of commercial vinyl tile. This is one of the rooms. I'm crossing my fingers I hope they like my numbers.

This is the Engage select tile. 20mil 12x24 interlocking flood mentioned in the previous post. We are installing as a half bond layout so the joints are staggered. I will have more pictures soon. What do you think?

Luxury vinyl planks and tile from Metro floor. Product is called Engage. Great solution for basement kitchens living rooms you name it. It is a free floating floor that clicks together like a laminate. Since its a vinyl you get the benefit of being waterproof. If you have a damaged plank it's easily replaced by unclicking up to the damage board to replace it. Very durable strong wear layer.
