With over twenty years of experience in the field of health and nutrition, Maryam provides counseling to both adults and children. She specializes in weight management and diabetes, and helps patient with elevated blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides, chronic kidney disease, pediatric, and gastrointestinal issues to make appropriate changes to their lifestyle and eating habits. She has worked in multiple inpatient and outpatient settings in Iran, Washington DC, Colorado, and New York. She is currently running her private practice in Northern Virginia helping 2000+ patients a year with their health concerns while working hard to keep herself updated with current nutritional sciences and dietetics.
