The intricate design features modern classic furnishings, glass architectural walls, and custom millwork along the walls to maximize storage. Rich wood veneer structural elements flow from wall to ceiling bringing a natural warmth to the floorplan.

Meet Alex!

Alex is working on a secure space this summer with superintendent, Bob. He is a rising senior at Penn State University majoring in Communications.

California-based KTGY chose Bognet to construct a new 15,000 sq. ft. office in Washington, DC. Deceder Group, an Arlington design firm, was also brought on to take the hospitality and residential feel and apply it to a commercial workspace. The new second-floor office showcases the fast-growing firm’s signature modern elegant industrial aesthetic with sustainable accents.

The fast-growing national architecture firm will use its new Golden Triangle location to support its East Coast expansion.

Bognet is proud to be the base-building partner for this innovative live/work community developed by Community Three and designed by Torti Gallas.

Construction of the Visitation Hotel in Frederick, MD is entering its final stages. As the base building lead, Bognet and its subcontractors signed a piece of the roof during an impromptu celebration to mark this milestone.

Built on the former site of the Visitation Academy, the boutique hotel affiliated with Marriott is scheduled to open this summer

We were happy to join the ribbon cutting of Two Six Technologies' new Herndon, VA office. The 27,000 SF space constructed by Bognet will serve as a secure innovation hub for the fast-growing technology firm.

Bognet is proud to support the continued expansion of Two Six and the broader Dulles Technology Corridor.

Today we continued to celebrate Women in Construction by partnering with Rosie Riveters to pack 100 classroom kits for a local Title I school.

Rosie Riveters is on a mission to close the gender gap in the STEM workforce by inspiring girls from diverse backgrounds to engage in interactive, fun, and challenging programs.
