Rollin’ in with new SUMMER MENU ROLLOUT! 🌊 With two new Sous Chefs, Max and Yuri, joining the kitchen this season, our culinary team lead by Exec Chef Nathan and Sous Chef Jose presented a whole new look to our Phyllo Rolls, revamped some of our existing Hors D’oeuvres, and brought us new Flatbreads to soak under the sun—I mean heat lamps! ☀️ And along with that, our Marketing Coordinator, Nicole, brought us new bold and fun decor equipment to elevate your summer/fall events!! 🤩 Here’s a sneak peak! Let’s start with that welcome sign 😂 But seriously, everything from their smooth flower bearer at the ceremony to the gorgeous Vietnamese cultural attire—dress change not only for the bride, but for the ENTIRE wedding party is just incredible!! 🙌🏼 Congrats to our absolutely stunning couple!! 💜

It’s all in the littlest detail…that can transform a small intimate gathering to a whimsical garden enchantment 🌸✨ We loved everything about C&K’s wedding, especially their custom ice cubes that made quite a statement! With a selection of passed hors d’oeuvres, dinner buffet, and dessert, our team did a fantastic job ending the night with late night bites over candlelight and the night’s natural charm!

Did you catch all the action on our stories last week? Our AMAZING CULINARY TEAM showcased a 3 day New Hors D’oeuvre and Mini Dessert Menu rollout last week and OMG it was incredible! Beyond impressed with the talent coming from our Executive Chef Nathan , Sous Chef Jose , Pastry Chef Joel and the entire kitchen team! 👌🏼✨ With over 35 new and revamped passed and stationary appetizers, including a whole vegan and gluten free line, we are so excited to share with you all!! YEEEE this is just the beginning!!!

Next, we cheered on our girl, ,as she participated in a Tablescape Design Contest—so much fun to watch!! 🌼🍽️🪑Ended the festivities laughing the night away and making memories with our team at !🍗 Catersource continues to inspire us each year, thank you for a fantastic time in Austin!

Catersource: Day 1 success! It was an inspiring first day of Convention in Austin, TX! A few of us from our Purple Onion team were able to attend a variety of classes to learn and grow in our respective roles in the industry while getting to try some of that good ol’ Texas BBQ! 🤠 Continued the food journey by starting off the the multi-day event with a pre-Catersource dinner at with the incredible , and then ending first night of Catersource with the incredible team at ! 🤩 Can’t wait to see what’s in store for Day 2!
