Hokkaido pan-seared scallops, roasted corn puree, a dash of heat from a mango jalapeno salsa, and a drizzle of bright chive oil. Join us to make your weekend a bit brighter!

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Oleg Bykanov in Odessa, Ukraine. Oleg is the father of our wonderful server, bartender and friend Svitlana. We have all been hoping that his cancer treatments would result in a miraculous recovery but it was not to be. Our thoughts are with Svitlana as well as her mother and younger sister back in Odessa and we want to thank everyone who donated to our GoFundMe to assist in Oleg’s treatments. Svitlana is going to take some time away from the pub to do everything she can to assist her family with funeral arrangements. She wants everyone to know how much her family appreciated the support and kindness of strangers in a far away country and that their hearts were deeply touched by the outreach. She is thankful that he is no longer in pain. We know that Oleg loved his family and he was heartened by the fact that, although a world away, Svitlana is surrounded by friends who love her and will look out for her. To Oleg, we say “Spochivay z myrom…….Nehay zemlia tobi bude puhom”. Rest in peace……Let the earth be gentle to you.

Happy May Day! We're celebrating the first day of May with none other than our Pie of the Month: The Shepherd’s Pie! Colorado Foothills farm-raised ground lamb, rich demi-glaze gravy, stewed with red wine & rosemary, and hearty pieces of carrots, onions, and peas. All topped with our house crispy mashed potatoes. Come taste tradition with us!

Happy St George's Day! You're not losing your mind - it usually is on April 23rd, but with Easter shifting the calendar this year, we're celebrating today! Raise a pint (or two) to England's patron saint - Slayer of dragons, champion of good, and eternal symbol of courage.
