Sorry for not posting in a while... I have been getting ready for school and a lot of other things...

A few days back, I was trying to kick start my keto..Keto... so I tried to make steak and eggs. The steak is a Gordon Ramsay style steak and a Jaques Pepin style French Country omlette. I don't know where yhr recipie for the eggs is (I saw it on Facebook), but Gordon Ramsay's version of cast iron skillet steak is on YouTube. I'll post the link... enjoy

Made chicken thighs and legs with a mustard sauce. It always turns out well and keeps me in keto. Very scrumptious!

Today I had Hungarian Goulash from Headbangers Kitchen. The preparation was good and the taste is really rich and flavorful.

One of the problems with diets or changes in food lifestyles, is keeping on it. One thing I have learned about Keto is, if one can self-prepare their own food, there is no problem of bad tasting food.
