❤️ CELEBRATING THE LIFE OF MICHAEL AMOURI ❤️

Passing this msg along from CAFFE AMOURI & THE EXPERIENCE:

Our community is invited to come together to celebrate the life of our dear Michael Amouri [owner of Vienna’s darling coffee shop CAFFE AMOURI & THE EXPERIENCE] — a man who loved Vienna deeply and gave so much of himself to the people around him.

Michael was a tireless champion of community, a generous friend and a familiar, beloved presence to so many. His kindness reached far beyond the walls of Caffè Amouri, and the impact he made on Vienna will be felt for generations.

All friends, neighbors and community members are warmly invited to attend.

It is an incredible honor for One Neighborhood Foundation to be included among the organizations Michael’s family chose to support in his memory. Michael believed deeply in helping others, and his generosity and example have inspired us more than words can express.

Please join us as we surround Michael’s family with love and celebrate a truly special man who gave so much to the community he loved.

A little reminder to stop by Viet Aroma (Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine | Viet Aroma) this month and fill out a heart! ❤️

For every heart filled with a positive or uplifting message, Viet Aroma will donate $1 to One Neighborhood Foundation to help support our food insecure neighbors. 🥹❤️

What you write is completely up to you — just share a little goodness!

❤️ Someone who inspires you
❤️ Something you’re grateful for
❤️ A kind message for a stranger
❤️ Something that brings you joy
❤️ A few words the world might need to hear today

It costs nothing to participate — just a moment of your time and a little love from your heart. Viet Aroma will take care of the $1 donation. ❤️

We can’t wait to see the wall continue to fill with kindness all month long. Thank you, Viet Aroma, for turning simple words of love into support for our community! 🫶

One Neighborhood Foundation was honored to treat some of our Fairfax County firefighters to breakfast this morning— Texas Donuts donuts + Anita's New Mexican Food breakfast burritos! ❤️🚒

Members of Battalion 2/C came together for a friendly softball game — a morning centered around camaraderie, connection and strengthening the bonds between those who serve our community every day. ⚾️

It felt especially meaningful to do this just one week after we commemorated the 25th anniversary of September 11.

Twenty-five years ago, firefighters and first responders across our country answered the call without hesitation. Some of the heroes serving in our own community today were already wearing the uniform then, while others have since chosen to carry that same commitment to service forward.

Different generations, the same calling: to show up, to serve and to protect others.

Breakfast is a small gesture, but our gratitude is enormous. Thank you to our Fairfax County firefighters for everything you do for our neighbors each and every day. ❤️🇺🇸
