Twenty years ago, when we decided to downsize and move to Midlothian, VA, we almost purchased a restaurant in Victoria. Instead we wound up turning the former Buster's Steakhouse in Amelia into the Black Forest Haus and operated it successfully for five years. Now, we wound up in Victoria and Rolf would like this to be his "retirement home". Our mission stays the same, "We provide home-cooked food at reasonable prices in a family-friendly atmosphere!"
