3rdThird Marketing is a values-driven company that helps senior living communities excel.

We work for a double bottom line: driving lead generation that moves the census needle and combatting ageism in communication to older adults. Founded in 2012 as a national aging services branding agency called 3rdThird Marketing, Culinary Coach was added in 2017 to enhance dining operations at senior living communities. The newly expanded company has re-branded as 3rdPlus and has added two additi

Every older adult deserves to feel safe, respected, heard and valued. Sadly, millions of seniors experience abuse, neglect, exploitation or isolation each year, often in silence.

Awareness matters because dignity matters. Taking time to check in on an aging loved one, noticing changes, listening closely and speaking up when something feels wrong can make a real difference.

Aging should never come with fear. If you suspect elder abuse, don’t ignore it. Learn the signs and help protect the older adults in your community.

Register today for this INcredible conference: AgingINnovation 2026 Peak Purpose: Redefining How We Live and Age, August 10-13 in Denver, Colorado.

New this year: The Longevity Summit: Living Longer, Living Better is a one-day pre-conference event on August 10.

Featuring keynote speaker Dr. Shelly Chadha of the World Health Organization, the summit will spotlight ideas and solutions focused on closing the gap between healthspan and lifespan.

See the agenda and more details: https://aginginnovationconference.org/.

This is one of those conferences that stays with you long after it ends. The first time our founder Cynthia attended, she fell in love with the conversations happening across aging services. Honest dialogue about operations, technology, emotional intelligence, leadership, innovation and the very real work of caring for others.

People are first. Always.

That spirit continues at this year’s conference, where leaders and changemakers come together to explore what’s working, what’s not and what comes next for longevity, care and community.

This month, we stand with the communities, caregivers, families and advocates working to increase awareness, support research and improve quality of life for those affected by dementia and brain change.

Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month reminds us that behind every diagnosis is a person with a lifetime of stories, relationships, memories and experiences that deserve to be honored.

We have the privilege of working alongside communities that create spaces where residents living with memory loss are met with compassion and meaningful connection every day.

We’ve seen firsthand how innovative programming, thoughtful design, dedicated caregivers and family support can make a lasting difference in the lives of older adults navigating Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

If someone you love is navigating Alzheimer’s or dementia, support is available through the Alzheimer’s Association at https://www.alz.org or by calling their free, 24/7 helpline at 800.272.3900.
