We’re expanding Charmed Lash Loft again!!

Hailey Hailey Caruth and I talked about it at the beginning of the year how we could just SENSE the expansion coming much sooner than we expected and we were right on the money. Honestly, our salon has become a manifestation space and I fear our powers are too strong 😅

It’s been a whirlwind of a year with the hiring of our two new amazing stylists 𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐕𝐄𝐑, 𝐖𝐀 𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐒 🌟 𝐉𝐑 𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐇 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐒𝐓 Cyaira Shotwell | Jr. Lash Artist and now opening a much larger space, we are so excited to pour our blood, sweat, and tears into this salon!!

Is this a $100,000 1500+ sq ft build out?… absolutely not. But it is a massive upgrade for a small business of two moms with a dream.

Sooooo we thought, why not make it a little series! We will be posting all the salon updates, DIYS, and furniture building as we piece this vision together.

“Why do you work weekends if you can make your own schedule??”

Being in this industry usually does not mean working 9-5, 3-5 days a week. It means working around childcare, partners work schedules, and on the days clients are able to book!

In the beginning it was working 40+ hours a week weekends, evenings, mornings or whenever anyone wanted an appointment!

One day it will definitely be more weekday oriented but for now with my life it means working when I can! Which IS a perk of being able to make your own schedule! Right now for me, weekends are when I can take the most clients 😌

Don’t get me wrong you can absolutely go into this career with the schedule & hours you want because you will find clients that align with those times and days!

So grateful for a career that I can work when I need to and clients that I have found along the way 🤍

not much of a secret but it’s a MUST for amazing retention!

Wash. Your. Lashes. Every. Single. Day.

I always start each fill with a lash bath, this ensures the lashes are clean from oils and debris before I go in to do a fill.

If you’re a client having poor lash retention the #1 question I will ask is if you are washing your lashes everyday at home. After being in the industry for 7 years I know what to do on my end to ensure amazing retention and as long as you’re doing your part as a client we can promise lashes that last! 🫶🏻

At Charmed you will receive a aftercare kit after your full set and one free lash soap refill a month so you can keep those lashes squeaky clean 😌
