Got this text from a customer this week.

They tried my Colombia Caldas three ways and found their favorite. That's what good coffee does, it gives you something worth exploring. Every brew method pulls something a little different out of it, and with beans this good, all of them are worth drinking.

This is called cupping. Bowls, fresh grounds, hot water, and a special spoon. I'm checking aroma, body, acidity, flavor. If something's off, it doesn't go out.

Most people never see this part. But it's the reason you can trust what shows up at your door.

I spent over 10 years making coffee for other people.

Lattes, pour-overs, espresso pulls. Thousands of them. The part I never got tired of was handing someone a cup I knew was perfect and watching their face change. That little moment made my day. Every time.
